Leo Rios
Leo has been programming and designing since 1998 where he won design awards for his High School and was hired by the school to develop it's website and systems. Shortly after that he started his own company with a friend building websites and applications for surrounding school systems and businesses.
Since then Leo has worked strictly with start-ups acting in both programming and interface design capacities. He works very closely with Adam on the research and discovery process working very hands on with the actual products or prototypes. He is genuinely curious about the latest and greatest technologies and finds ways to make sure that he is as hands on as possible when a new one rolls out.

Adam Fell
Adam, originally from western Maryland. His interest in solving complicated problems led him to St. Joe's University in Philadelphia where he graduated with a B.S. in Physics and Computer Science. Soon after he came to San Diego finding software work at a SMS.ac (now Fanbox) where he met Leo and Greg.
Adam leads our architecture and database efforts at Xgineer. He is a problem solver to the core and is motivated by conquering the next impossible challenge. Adam also handles the brundt of the research and discovery phase going through the early stage of the development process with a fine tooth comb making sure clients understand the requirements.

Greg Smith
Originally from the Boston area, Greg has spent the last 5 years working in business development and human capital roles growing and managing high performance teams in San Diego. In 2003 he joined a small tech startup (SMS.ac, now Fanbox.com) where he helped lead the recruiting team to grow the company from 35 employees at the time to over 200.
As a co-founder at Xgineer Solutions Greg has been able to find the perfect outlet for his enthusiasm in working with technology. He specializes in business development and relationship building but his real value comes from the authentic ownership he takes in each of his clients and partners.
